Vel’uveyra, en gallego ‘mira la viña’, representa el cromatismo exuberante de la vendimia de la uva mencía. La disposición en retícula de las uvas expresa la racionalidad de la nueva viticultura en el paisaje ancestral de la Ribeira Sacra.
